Booking Your Shine:

- Payment:Remove valuables from your car before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Detailing is at your own risk; vehicles should tolerate standard cleaning processes. We accept debit/credit cards securely.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel your appointment for free with at least 48 hours' notice.
Keeping You Satisfied:
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Unhappy with the service? Let us know within 24 hours with pictures of the issue. We'll fix it for free.
Scheduling Your Detail:
- Arrival Window: Expect a 30-90 minute arrival window due to possible traffic delays. We'll do our best to keep you informed.
